10439622SAP Functional SRM ConsultantDuration: 3 MonthsPortland, ORSAP External Ordering Portal ProjectStrategic Relationship ManagementConsultant Role DescriptionAs a project team we need an experienced SRM consultant to support us with business process analysis, technical considerations and SAP configuration requirements.The key responsibility of the role will be to augment the Client SAP support personnel in making sure that all aspects of the project are covered from a technical as well as business prospective.Project Description:SRM 5.0 / SRM Server 5.5 on SAP 4.7 Enterprise: Classic scenario with Punch-out catalog hosted and managed by HP. (SRM - Catalog Content Management portion of Enterprise Buyer Professional).Requisitioner will order HP products online through SRM with shopping cart approvals to follow current R/3 approval strategy/path then, upon approval, convert to PO in R/3.Utilize as much of the R/3 design as possible such that SRM configuration design and maintenance is kept to a minimum, in particular, with regards to the SRM Organization Structure and Shopping Cart Approvals.Pilot Project to focus on online ordering of HP products but design SRM will be for maximum expansion at our own pace.Installation & setup necessary for both SRM-related software and hardware (Client has SRM, hardware to be purchased).Pilot implementation to include development in SRM Workflow, Security, Configuration, and development of documentation for design, support, training.Implement Pilot Project but design and train support personnel for rollout of additional SRM functionality, including but not limited to: EBP, E-Sourcing & Contract Management, Bidding, SUS, Catalog Content Management, Adobe Forms.Requirements:SAP R/3 Senior Consultant, with specific training and experience in SRM (specifically the Enterprise Buyer Professional functionality).Solid understanding of the functional, development, basis and security impacts of a SRM project.Experience in design, implementation and support in SAP 4.7 environment.Experience in putting a full test plan together including unit, integration, stress and user acceptance testing.Bring best practice experience to the team around a SRM project.Strong communication skills with both technical and business users.Availability:Initial consulting to begin on TBD.Expect length of engagement to be approximately 8 12 weeks.Most (if not all) work to be performed on site at Client offices in Portland, Apply Now Location: PORTLANDStatus: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/ProjectJob Category: IT/Software DevelopmentCareer Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) About COMSYS COMSYS IT Partners, Inc.
