Therefore we are establishing our international HCM consulting practice and are looking in all locations for:Senior Consultants SAP HCMYour task:As a senior consultant in the area of SAP Human Capital Management you are working on core topics of the HR organization - you will lead in responsible positions international SAP HCM projects and/or you will analyze clients' HR requirements, design efficient HR processes, create corresponding functional blueprints and implement the appropriate underlying SAP HCM functionalities.Additional consulting topics are system architecture, HR analytics and HR business warehouse, ESS/MSS, best-practice consulting of value-adding HCM processes like performance management, talent management, e-recruiting, learning solution or compensation management.As part of a client focused consulting company, you will have direct and immediate client contact either as part of a consulting team or as an acknowledged expert. You are working internationally for multinational companies. You will dedicate part of your time for conceptual improvement of our methods, tools and consulting offerings for implementing SAP HCM.
