Responsible for timely delivery of systems solutions and business process results within a project or enhancement request. Ensure consistency of SAP processes across all business units. Resolve system issues and assist in the identification of system improvements and the development of solutions to improve business performance Configure SAP R/3 system in the HRmodules and perform unit/integration testing activities Assist implementations that may deploy an existing global template to ensure consistency in operational process to system configuration. Support system testing and production cut-over activities; prepare production cut-over plan in HR areas; advise on strategies/best practices for migration to production. Design and execute functional and integration test plans and test scripts. Provide on-site training applying the train the trainer concept as needed. Support any necessary integration efforts related to sales and distribution, materials management, Supply Chain, Finance and Production. Work closely with the end-user security authorization administrator during development, implementation and testing of end-user security objects. Payroll - Payroll Processing (RPCALC, Pre-DME, etc), Third Party Remittance, Rules/schema, Payroll posting to G/L, Month-end accruals, Payroll calendar, Payroll Reporting, Tax Factory and Tax Reporter, Tax model configuration, Garnishments, Wage Type configuration and Forms (sapscript and smartforms) Time - Time Management and Time Evaluation, Rules/Schema, Quotas, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, CATS and Absence/Attendance Types PA/PD - Actions, Dynamic Events, Infotype Set-up and Org Management Benefits - Benefit programs, Benefit Plans, Costs (EE and ER), Administration, 401K and Pension Desired skills: ABAP, ESS/MSS or EDS HR Security experience. Position is on-site in Troy, MI or remote with some travel.5yrs SAP HR (SAP 4.7 or higher).
