SAP HR Functional Consultants

In support of our continued profitable growth, we need to expand our SAP team and are currently hiring experienced SAP HR functional consultants. The ideal candidates will have experience with SAP HR full life cycle implementations, configuration and post-implementation consulting support.

Requirements:

- No Relocation required, but you have to be willing to travel to any of our project locations all over the USA.

- Must have 5+ years of SAP HR configuration experience with a consulting support background in either one of the following areas Time Management, Benefits or Payroll.

- Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle SAP HR implementations in either one of the following areas Time Management, Benefits or Payroll.

- Must have the ability to assume primary responsibility for all phases of an SAP HR implementation including project preparation, requirements gathering and analysis, Business Blueprint, realization/configuration, Go-Live and post-production support under multiple deadlines.

- Must be able to use and have knowledge of ASAP Methodology.

- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Must have experience working on small fast pace project teams.

- Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

- Must have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving abilities.

- Must have excellent communication skills, strong business experience, and outstanding end-user interaction.
