SAP Order Fulfillment Consultant

Through our collaborative and flexible approach, we deliver practical, sustainable, measurable results that help our clients make the right strategic decisions and implement the right solutions.The BearingPoint Public Services SAP Solutions Group is currently searching for an Order Fulfillment Consultant.This Consultant will be required to provide subject matter and application technical expertise within the Order Fulfillment core process area, assessing all touch points with the new Procurement application suite. The project team requires the analyst to execute technical analysis and software configuration/prototyping in support of the requirements definition effort. The analyst will need to establish baseline business and system requirements for existing production solution including analysis and inventory of all RICE objects for all touch points between Order Fulfillment and Procurement.The Consultant will be required to assess new organizations and legacy processes to confirm how the planned production solution will provide corresponding functionality and/or identify gaps that will require customization of the planned solution. In particular, the analyst will execute gap analysis to identify to-be processes and gaps within the integration of SAP ERP and the new eProcurement application suite (inclusive of Government SRM, Procurement for Public Sector, Records Mgmt, Document Builder)The analyst will be asked to analyze cross-process impacts and will act as an application subject matter expert. In regard to interaction with the client, the analyst will have a high level of client interaction targeted at working closely with the client to 1) establish both baseline requirements and process flows as well as 2) to-be process flows with corresponding detailed functional requirements. The consultant will be expected to independently manage their workload, coordinate priorities with their Accenture lead, and complete deliverables per the processes/standards established by Accenture. The consultant will be integrating with resources from the client, Accenture, and other subcontracting companies in completing the duties of this role. The consultant will also be integrating with the SAP Upgrade team to understand planned changes, impacts to the eProcurement delivery cycle, and act as a liaison to complete integration tasks, manage action item lists, and coordinate delivery of any assigned assessments and activities between the upgrade and eP teams.Required: 3 years IT experience 2-3 years of Business Process evaluation and/or systems evaluation/development; Minimum of 2 years working with SAP Finance module Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and have prior experience integrating with large client teams (10-20 resources) Expert knowledge of MS Office Ability to obtain an IT II security clearance US Citizen RequiredPreferred: 1-2 yrs of experience working with SD module SRM experience/skills and prior experience with requirements gathering and/or development of custom forms, screens, or reports in SAP Knowledge of Federal Government Solicitation and Award processes within overall context of procurement/acquisition processNo Travel requiredBearingPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
