This process includes, but is not limited to, areas like quotes, contracts, sales orders, deliveries, shipping, invoicing, and materials management. Experience with GTS (Global Trade Systems), VC (Variant Configuration), CS (Customer Service), or MDM (Master Data Management) is a plus. Detailed design, configuration, and testing experience on multiple SAP implementations from an Order-to-Cash perspective is a must for this position.Key Responsibilities:* Provide strategic and organizational planning for all Order-to-Cash support needs * Interact at all levels of the business to determine business needs, communicate technical and business solutions and provide timely progress reports. * Engage the business in explaining and defining current and future system requirements * Build and train SAP support staff * Serve as the coordinator and primary point of contact internally and externally for all Order-to-Cash SAP production support break-fix and enhancement initiatives * Provide leadership in the development of functional skills, with the ability to pull together and create support of cross functional team members * Provide vision and strategic technical direction, project management, and team leadership to the Order-to-Cash SAP production support team * Strong SD configuration and design skills-resolve application and support issues, analyze processes, configure, design and test processes, prototype all configuration, ensure readiness for transport and validate transports to appropriate clientsKey Requirements:* Proven skills as a team lead or project manager on at least 2+ full cycle implementations or as a production support team lead or manager * Typically 5+ years of experience implementing the Order-to-Cash process (SAP SD) * A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines * Ability to configure SAP to support business requirements in the SD module * Experience defining, designing, and testing user exits and other SAP extensions * Process oriented and accustomed to documenting processes and procedures used in the design and configuration process * Committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career * Demonstrated history of being able to communicate verbally and orally to all levels of business * Experience with global implementations is a plus * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field preferredOur Islandia, NY campus offers several amenities, including: * Gourmet cafeteria with wide selection of cuisine * Montessori Child Development Center for children up to the age of six * Banking services * Fitness Center (state of the art facility complete with indoor full court basketball, indoor racquetball courts, cardio studio, outside running track, soccer fields, tennis courts) * Concierge services (dry cleaning, package shipping, stamps, movie rentals) * On-site chiropractorIt's an exciting time at CA.
