Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a strong SAP PM/CS/SM team lead/consultant to join our highly successful and growing SAP team. Initially you will be engaged on a high profile ECC 6.0 implementation in Chicago, IL. In this senior role, you will be responsible for working together with our client and project team members to ensure the successful implementation and support of the SAP PM/CS/SM solution. Work includes application analysis, design, implementation and testing as part of a SAP project team.

Requirements

SAP team lead / consultant with strong Plant Maintenance/Customer Service/Service Management skills. Implementation experience with SAP Best Practice – Medical Industry experience is advantageous but not required. 4 Years SAP with at least two full project lifecycles.

Additionally: Full knowledge and multiple full life cycle implementation experience of Customer Services module. Strong configuration skills in SAP Plant Maintenance module. Strong Analytical skills. Strong team leadership skills, with a focus on client-facing. Ability to work independently with little supervision, and to instill this in others. Team player and positive attitude. Ability to manage tight timelines. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to lead in creation of testing scripts and manage end to end testing. Ability to develop user training material and deliver user training.

Travel required - Up to 80%..
