We are looking for individuals who possess similar core values and extensive technical IT experience.  Our ideal person will have worked up the ranks of IT as a developer and moved into an Analyst/Project Manager role.  The Business Relationship Lead builds a collaborative relationship between IT and the business users as well as provides detailed Business Requirement Documents, defines scope, and assists in technical specifications.  This role requires the candidate to have solid PM skills but be very technical in knowledge.  This is an ideal role for someone who loves to be a part of every aspect of IT, get their hands dirty and delivers value for each IT dollar spent.  The BRL ensures SLA’s are met, manages IT process, and reviews and analyzes metrics to advise improvements. 

 

The ideal candidate for the Business Relationship Lead role has a strong knowledge of;

SAP applications specifically procure to pay modules

SAP ECC BW

ISO 20000 and 27000

ITIL Service Management certification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems

 

The candidate must have;

At least 8 years of experience in the application of technology solutions to support business processes

5 years experience in technology leadership roles

Willingness to travel 20% of the time

Ability to provide 24 x 7 support if needed
