SAP - Procurement SME

These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR.  We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office. Accenture is working with this Federal client on a large-scale SAP implementation to replace the system it currently has in place for managing national and international delivery of over $2B worth of commodities. This position is responsible for working on and owning portions of the Procurement solution, including design and test of configuration and RICEF objects (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions Forms Works); defining user roles; and documenting the Procurement solution. Key Responsibilities: • Develop Detailed Functional Designs • Design RICEFW components • Develop user scripts • Configure SAP system with the functionality defined in the business requirements • Provide guidance and configure MM and SRM modules• Validate the planned configuration with the key business users and project management • Test configuration (unit and assembly) • Plan and execute assembly test of RICEFW components • Fix SIRs during System and User Acceptance Tests • Define and test user roles and security  Work Requirements  Flexible work arrangements considered    Travel requirements of 10%-15% may be required (4 days every 2 months) Qualifications Basic Qualifications:    Bachelor's degree 5 years of SAP MM and SRM implementation (configuration/development) skills 2 years client-facing and client meeting facilitation experience Preferred Skills  Experience working with Federal Government agencies Prior supply chain management consulting experience Strong facilitation and communication skills Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making abilities Our people are our most important asset and we invest considerable resources to provide on-going training that builds and extends professional, technical and management skills in all areas.
