CSC Consulting's Global SAP Practice is recruiting an SAP Project Manager in the Consumer Product Goods. This Leader will manage the client relationship, build the CSC/SAP presence within the client and oversee the management of the SAP projects within the CPG Clients, primarily in the Philadelphia vicinity.Essential Job Functions Facilitate the creation of large, highly complex business process models and participate in associated process analysis sessions. Apply knowledge of CPG industry, products and functional best practices, related technology trends, and vendor future direction as you guide the client toward the appropriate business solution. Deliver a complex product-based solution from start to finish, including initial assessment and planning activities, process design and prototyping, and implementation and transition activities. View the package-based business solution holistically to ensure that all components fit together and all domains of change within the scope of the solution are addressed. Oversee the management and ensure the quality of multiple projects within our CPG-based Clients. Understand product integration and technical infrastructure requirements and relate them to the CPG Industry. Manage client expectations and balance the needs of CSC and the client to ensure satisfaction for both. Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level of the CPG based clients. Perform consultative selling and leverage SAP business through superior delivery skills, good client relations, and subject matter expertise. Participate in proposal efforts for new and extended CSC/SAP business within CPG-based clients. SAP226~Apply best practice expertise to design a total SAP solution for clients in the CPG Industry Excellent verbal communication, written communication and presentation skills 10+ years of CPG Industry experience and 8+ years of SAP Experience. Capable of spending 65+% of their time locally in the Philly area working one of our largest CPG Industry clients Capable of growing the SAP business in CPG Industry and managing the projects. Define the processes and technologies required to support the CPG Industry clients. Capable of delivering a complex, SAP solution from start to finish, i.e. initial assessment and planning activities, process design and prototyping, and implementation and transition activities. Have strong business intellligence in the CPG Industry Experienced in assisting the sales teams in winnning new SAP business in the CPG Industry Experienced at overseeing multiple projects with one client with multiple clients in the industy, Established client relationships in the CPG industry Excellent client facing skills.
