Manage and Coordinate all aspects of SAP training for project implementations and ongoing user support. This includes working with Business Analysts to define class requirements, attendees, trainers, schedules, scheduling, accommodations, etc. Will also be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving training documentation database, utilizing Subject Matter Experts to create and update materials.2. Responsible for Project Communication Management and Transition Management.Secondary Job Responsibilities:Support Business Process Modeling Team Activities. This includes facilitating sessions with process owners to create Business Process Flow Documentation to be used for defining system implementation requirements, role responsibilities, and end user training overview. Also responsible Training Quality Improvement Methodology for Identification of Metrics to monitor and improve processes, post implementation.
