SAP SRM Configuration Analyst/Business Analyst

General Qualifications

­ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

 

Required General and Technical Skills

­ 4 plus years SAP Functional/Configuration Expertise in SRM, particularly requisitioning and use of supplier catalogues.

­ Strong background in systems implementations and methodology.  3-5 years experience with business analysis including:

· Gathering requirements and understanding detailed business processes

· Developing functional specifications

· Communicating functional specifications for development by programming resources

· Analyzing test results

· Issue identification and resolution

­ Full life-cycle experience with 2 or more development projects.

­ MySAP ECC 6.0 experience is a plus.

­ Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to effectively interact face-to-face with IT customers, IT development, support staff, and project teams.

­ Ability to take initiative – work with minimal daily direction, ability to prioritize competing demands for their time and abilities.

­ Proven ability to develop and delivery working business solutions within specified time frames.

 

Description of ProjectCandidate will be working within the SAP Center of Excellence, providing configuration and business analysis expertise to multiple departments and projects.  Potential work includes support of indirect and direct materials and services procurement in the following areas:

· Participation in SAP upgrade to ERP 6.0

· MRO within core SAP

· Direct Materials Procurement - direct materials from our suppliers

· Services Procurement – working with custom SAP Web front end to have vendors interact with SAP

· Catalog Content Management – use of both SAP’s internal and punch-out functionality.
