SAP Senior Human Resource Consultant (Enterprise Compensation Management)
LSI Consulting specializes in the SAP industry within the Higher Education, Government industries… including the Public and Private Sectors. We are an SAP Partner currently seeking the following:SAP Senior Human Resource Consultant (Enterprise Compensation Management)
Qualified candidates must have completed multiple full life cycle implementations and have at least three to five years functional configuration experience in compensation management and at least one of the following SAP Human Resources sub-modules (PA., PD, OM, and Recruiting). Prior consulting experience is a big plus. Candidates should have strong functional skills and have the ability to facilitate group discussions related to business process blueprinting. Presentation experience, as well as the ability to assists clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SAP HR solutions, business case development & performance measurement.
The required knowledge and skills for the role are:Responsibilities
· Configure and maintain settings in SAP HCM for Enterprise Compensation Management and at least one other sub-module including PA, PD, OM, and/or Recruiting. Configuration should include all aspects of compensation plan design including budgeting, compensation administration, planning and job pricing.
· Ability to write functional specifications, experience interfacing with external systems.
· Experience with HR Transformation projects, strong business process skills (great, if prior experience in an ECM functional role, or degree in HR Management)
· Good knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends, be able to act as a business analyst focused on process improvement, business requirements analyses (if necessary without SAP)
· Demonstrated understanding of Compensation Management processes.
· Ability to clearly, concisely and thoroughly communicate and document business processes with compensation management operations.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3-5 years hands on SAP HR ECM or Compensation Management Configuration Experience.
· Functional knowledge of compensation management (Configuration should include all aspects of compensation plan design including budgeting, compensation administration, planning and job pricing )
· At least two go-live implementations/upgrades.
· Experience in use of SAP ECM Job pricing tool as it relates to salary survey and BI analytical reporting
· Minimum of one public sector project.
· Creative problem resolution and clear business analytical skills.
· In-depth knowledge of ASAP methodology and toolsets.
· Experience with concurrent employment is required
· Knowledge in ECM and at least one moreof these areas is a key requirement: Personnel AdministrationPersonnel Development Organizational ManagementRecruitment, eRecruitmentEmployee/Manager Self ServiceTechnical Skills
· The candidate should be experienced in one or more of the following areas (SAP 4.7 through ECC 6.0)
· Excellent knowledge of SAP HR functionality
· SAP HR ECM Configuration
· Experience implementing SAP public sector functionality
· Knowledge of ASAP methodology and toolsets.The following experience is a plus for candidates
· Knowledge of ESS/MSS functionality is desirable.
· Ability to ensure SAP HR integrates with workflow, and other SAP modules (FICO, Logistics)
Please be aware that this position requires travel in the U.S. 4 days each week. Consultants are expected to travel, independent of job location and to be very flexible with their travel schedules.
