Position ID:  EB-1571921120 Job Category:  IT/Software Development Type:  Full Time, Employee Title of Position:SAP TRAINING MATERIAL DEVELOPER - CONTRACT Company Information:Our Client is one of the most exciting companies to work for in the northern Virginia area.  They are building their reputation based on ethics and quality.  The company is setting the standard within their industry.  They are a well positioned for continued fast growth and expansion.  They are a Global firm.  They are growing rapidly in every market.  .   Responsibilities:This position will serve as SAP Training Materials Developer and be assigned to the Global Organizational Change Management Team to co-create system documentation and training material. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing effective SAP training solutions meeting the business needs of the local end user groups.Including but not limited to:  · Developing and maintaining job aids and training reference materials for new SAP end users. · Preparing and coordination of SAP training material. · Assessing, analyzing and define training needs for SAP end users, as well as assist in the development and maintenance of job aids. Qualifications:· Prior experience developing and maintaining ERP course curriculum highly desirable. · Minimum of two years of job-related experience. · Excellent writing and communication skills as well as the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. · Experience with developing training materials for SAP, leveraging recording tools (Info Pak/ Uperform)· Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Word and PowerPoint.
