A demonstrated resource to other consultants, the ability to lead teams, execute across application areas (i.e. SD, FI, MM, PP, HR, etc.), and delivers utilization rates above expectations and charge rates commensurate w/ market & peer revenue realization.EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS • Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP product, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients. Assists in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans. Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems. • Analyzes and maps clients’ business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs. • Maintains/expands client list & builds credible relationships w/ clients, develops own professional learning of SAP products/technologies and solutions to both clients and fellow colleagues. • Assists in internal activities - hotline, remote consulting, presales, SAPPHIRE, prepares training materials, teach on-site courses and provide mentoring/support to less experienced colleagues. WORK EXPERIENCE Requires 8+ years utilities industry experience, 2-4+ years of SAP product application/implementation experience in the areas of IS-U, CCS Device Management, Customer Service, Billing ; OR 10-15 years professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of consulting or systems implementation management experience and 1-2+ years of SAP product application/implementation of IS-U, CCS Device Management, Customer Service, Billing experience.TRAVEL 80-100%EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Must have extensive experience in one or more of the SAP areas below working in the Utilities industry... IS-U CCS Device Management FICA BW for Utilities BI/BW/SEM PLM-PS EAM Billing Bachelors degree.
