Candidate will provide Technical Writing for the Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) project. Tasking includes: Create user and online documentation, design and implement quality control processes, interpret and implement government standards, perform reviews of project documentation. 5 years Technical Writing experience required. Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Up to 10 years experience in Software quality assurance/quality control, and 5 years experience in DISTSCAP's, STIG's, SSAA's, technical writing, Software configuration management and knowledge of DOD software development and documentation standards. Applicant must be experienced in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Photoshop. Candidate must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Applicant must be able to sit for long periods at a time and lift up to 10 lbs. as much as 25 percent of the time.
