 TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER is accepting applications for a Senior Communications Engineer. This position is responsible for the performance of technical duties in the maintenance, installation, and care of telecommunications, audio, video and satellite equipment at all TTUHSC HealthNet facilities and affiliate locations in West Texas. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Broadcasting or other related area plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of specifically job related training and/or experience to equal six (6) years. NOTE: This is a Security Sensitive Position. Prior to employment, applicant must pass a Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) background investigation, and obtain a TDCJ access badge authorizing entry to TDCJ facilities. Inability to meet this prerequisite will disqualify the applicant from employment in this position. Beginning salary is $30,468.
