SENIOR DESIGNER DEVELOPER

Seeking several developers to join team in developing a state-of-the-art large-scale enterprise intranetinternet solution on the Microsoft .NET and SQL Server platform. The system will utilize the latest technologies that the .Net platform offers including use of third party business rules and workflow engines. Participating in a team environment, you will work on designing and developing functionality defined by the business analysts.These positions are long term contract to hire and will be located in S. Charlotte, NC. Positions require travel to Columbia SC for first 3 weeks for training.

Required skills:  BS in Computer Science or related field Immediate authorization to work in the US 4+ yrs Experience developing distributed, n-tiered web applications in .Net (ASP .Net, C#, ADO .Net, MSMQ) Solid understanding of service oriented architectures Strong knowledge of relational databases, data structures, and SQL Solid understanding of Object Oriented analysis, design, and development Proven experience realizing use cases using standard modeling techniques (UML) into working code. This includes applying design patterns such as factory, fa*ade, strategy, observer, MVC in the creation of those models Full lifecycle development experience including unit testing and QA processes, source and configuration management, build and release processes Experience with standard development techniques such as RUP and/or agile programming techniques. Experience with NUnit or JUnit for building and automating unit tests Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills Experience leading client design sessions Experience resolving design and development issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment and brainstorm with other  developers/senior developers on ideas, design approach, technical issues., team processes

Desired skills: Experience with the .Net 2.0 and 3.0 frameworks a plus Experience with SQL Server Integration Services Experience using Borland Caliber RM, Together, and StarTeam tools Experience with test-driven development Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services Experience using a Business Rules Engine
