SENIOR JAVA/ECLIPSE DEVELOPER - WORLD CLASS TEAM!

This is an opportunity to be a part of a world-class team in an exciting and extraordinary time of the company’s growth. Position: Senior Developer – Java/Eclipse Developer Define user interface guidelines for the product based on industry best practices. Promote, practice and implement user-centered design principles and methodologies. Provide interface design expertise and review from concept development through delivery. Work with other software developers to ensure compliance with interface design standards. Conduct ongoing research of user interface development best practices. Ensure that proper unit testing is performed by all programmers. Work with QA to develop integrated and functional tests. Work on the API portion of the code, as required.  Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar. Significant (5+ years) of development experience with some focus on user interface design and usability, specifically as it relates to commercial software applications. Experience using Java SDK a plus. Experience with Eclipse plugin architecture and SWT graphics library. Experience with Eclipse RCP is a huge plus. Familiar with unit testing. Experience developing on Linux and Windows platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with other stakeholders and other project programmers. Passionate about code and design.
