About the Position:

 

Seeking the services of a “Senior Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst and Technical Writer” Contractor experienced in web application software testing and writing user documentation. 

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

· Five (5) years experience within the last seven (7) years in the following areas:

o  Develop test scenarios and test plans

o  Conduct alpha and beta test for web applications

o  Document test results and coordinate fixes with developers and testers

 

· Three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years performing technical writing, documenting requirements, developing user guides, training manuals, and on-line help documentation

 

· Two (2) years experience within the last five (5) years conducting user training.

 

Anticipated Hours:

 

Work will be performed full-time on a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday.  Some additional hours may be required to complete critical tasks.

 

Work Location:

 

The main work location will be within the city of Norwalk.
