 SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER
The Senior Web Developer’s primary responsibilities include the development and management of all web-based applications. Develop and manage all web initiatives and programming applications for internal and external projects. Work with interactive and creative personnel during the project lifecycle. Assist in budgeting and proposal content for web-based initiatives. Manage company's web server and FTP organization. Responsible for proper code documentation and file security.

 Looking for someone who has major client side experience Consumer facing / public websites Does not want someone who is just maintaining websites. Needs to be able to speak well. Strong SQL/Oracle knowledge Microsoft Certification transcript would be a huge plus!!! 

Programming/Software Skills:

ASP.NET VB.NET C# .NET Visual Basic Java SQL

 PHP, JSP Visual C++ Action Script Web Server IIS Administration

Responsibilities:

 Assist in developing project timelines Hands-on development of multiple projects from beginning to end Consistently advise on techniques and new technical developments that can
enhance company's web properties Conduct and create requirements analysis documents Develop flow diagrams, concepts and prototypes Design and manage SQL and Access databases Develop products using ASP, ASP.net, JavaScript, VBA, and MS SQL Quality Control Deploy and maintain development and production IIS server and databases Advise and arrange additional staffing requirements as needed Teach and work with junior staff members and interns Delegate routine tasks and manage sourcing to external tech partners Demonstrate excellent time management skills as well as the ability to prioritize projects Translate to internal personnel and external clients technical specifications and requirements Advise on best practices and technical direction per project

 

Qualifications:

 BA/BS degree Minimum 5 years programming experience Expertise .NET/SQL database development Pharmaceutical/Healthcare experience a plus Must be able to manage multiple projects Must be a department leader interested in expanding product line and learning new technologies Fluent in ASP, ASP.net, JavaScript, VBA, and MS SQL Experienced in all aspects of application life-cycle development Experience in developing applications that utilize interactive and streaming media components Experienced in managing Web servers and databases Experienced in data migration, maintenance, and security procedures Strong written & verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Extremely detail oriented
