As a Network Engineer with CSIC, you will have a challenging and rewarding career. Your responsibilities and job functions will include:

 

Job Functions:

· Provide support and consulting to small and medium sized clients utilizing Microsoft server platform

· Help create innovative solutions for clients

· Senior network client support and provide assistance to junior technicians

· Provide PC hardware and software desktop technical support services to users both onsite and remotely.

· Lead Tier 2/3 support services for client PC and desktop application support.  

· Help users resolve computer hardware and software problems.

· Install, diagnose and perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment

· Assist in the sales cycle

 

Recommended Skills and Experience: 

· Bachelor degree required.

o Education requirements in order of preference

§  Bachelor degree required, in related field recommended

§  Microsoft Certifications (MSCE, MCP) recommended

§  Other Trade Certifications

· Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2003/2000, Exchange 2007/2003/2000,

· Working Citrix Presentation Server, Symantec Backup Exec, Trend Antivirus and Microsoft WSUS and related technologies.

· Experience or desire to provide support to multiple organizations in a fast paced environment

· Possess positive attitude, high energy and extremely strong customer service skills

· A proven record of accomplishment

· Strong desire to continually grow both professionally and personally

 

This work is performed: primarily in the Indianapolis and Central Indiana area.  Reliable transportation is required.
