SQL VB Programmer Analyst

Some specific responsibilities include:Takes accountability for the design and development of complex systems (applications, databases, data warehouses) to ensure they meet the business requirements. Mentors and supports less senior developers to ensure they meet their deliverables and develop professionally.Seek out and investigate new ideas and alternative solutions to ensure that their designs are comprehensive and in accordance with corporate strategies and goals.Looks for creative possibilities for enhancements/changes beyond what is exactly requested/required; looks for opportunities to extend functionality where is makes sense and provides increased value.Creates simple and clean designs that provide for ease of maintenance.Participates in Quality Assurance initiatives to ensure high product quality throughout the development process and life cycle.Identifies and evaluates information technology solutions with regard to how they meet or exceed business requirements.Takes personal accountability for individual contribution towards project success.Works and communicates effectively with all aspects of the internal organization and its external customers.Trouble-shoots performance issues.
