STIL Support Engineer

STIL Support Engineer –  Job Code: HTSC03081105  Job Description: Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the customer application and monitoring/investigation of segment interfaces. Responsible for working with on-site database and system administration support personnel to convey and investigate system anomalies. Provide rotating site support (7x24) to ensure system issues are identified and resolved, minimizing operational impacts.  Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related technical field) and 5 years relevant professional experience; or a commensurate combination of education, training and experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Experience: Experience with Red Hat Linux or other Unix/Linux systems is required.
