Sales Assistant*College Station

KeyTrak, Inc. remains the world's leading provider of electronic key management and control systems. Markets include franchise automobile dealerships and non-commercial residential housing.  We are currently seeking applicants for an exciting Sale Assistant position!

 

You will be responsible to review Rental and Key control contracts for accuracy and verify that the products sold meet the current requirements.  You will process purchase and maintenance agreements, create new agreements, answer incoming calls, and handle requests from external sales personnel, customers, and internal departments.  You will update customer information screens, process and respond to customer correspondence as well as create any necessary legal amendments to contracts. This position works directly with the sales personnel and works on various sales-related projects.

 

An ideal candidate will have previous office experience with the ability to multi-task.  They will need high attention-to-detail, strong writing skills, pc skills, and must demonstrate creativity and professionalism.  This should be the type of person who would not be afraid to take on special projects outside of their normal responsibilities with a positive "go-getter" attitude. 

 

Training:  Computer assisted instruction courses must be completed and will involve one-on-one instruction and interaction.  Training will also consist of mentoring from existing sales team members. 

 

Requirements: 

• Basic PC skills

• Knowledge of Access a plus

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize 

• Strong customer service skills 

• Good organizational skills

• High attention to detail

• Must be flexible and adjust to change quickly
