Sales Coordinator

Vertical Solutions- an R.L. Nelson and Associates Company. is currently searching for a Sales Coordinator to manage the overall flow of sales information throughout the course of the business day.  The following tasks are the responsibility of the Sales Coordinator.

 

Sales Preparation and co-ordination of Quotes, Proposals, and Payment schedules Product research – Assist Sales Reps & Engineering in obtaining technical specifications on products Request scheduled meeting with engineers as needed for product/project technical assistance Follow-up on open Sales tracks of quotes based on the Sales Tracking Report and direction from Sales Reps in order to obtain client purchase orders Prepare Client Purchase Agreements and/or Leasing Contracts as needed Prepare awarded quotes for ordering from vendor including verification of part numbers and prices of all products to be ordered into order entry system Weekly preparation for Wednesday Sales Meetings including Sales Tracking Report, Won Report, and Inventory report

 

Purchasing Place orders with Vendors, compare and inquire for best possible pricing Enter Purchase Orders into order entry system Receive and track all incoming products Compare of Vendor invoices to the Job Costs, record serial numbers, and enter shipping charges

 

Shipping / Receiving Receive and track all incoming products labeling them with proper ID (client name and quote number) Ship and track all outgoing products to clients Update Sales Tracking with current ETA’s and STATUS in order entry system

 

Inventory Control Maintain and update in-house stock of hardware and software inventory Track usage of parts taken by technicians Create & maintain a standard price list of stock parts and pricing (cables, adapters, etc.)

 

RMA’s Oversee and track client product returns including Return Material Authorization Numbers and follow up with vendor credit Oversee RMA process by providing updates to the Tracking System
