Sales - Dynamic Outside Sales Position!

Dynamic outside sales person:

 

Due to explosive growth and recent internal promotions Oxford Solutions Inc. of Bridgeville, PA seeks an experienced Outside Sales/Account Development Manager, with a minimum of 3 years in outside sales.  Here’s what we’re looking for:

 

·         This is an outside sales position, requires face-to-face appointments and meetings, lunch appointments

·         Engaging personality, persuasive, high sense of urgency

·         Positive, upbeat attitude - competitive, high desire to win

·         Ready to grow with a well-established company to the next level

·         Ability to attend networking events, social events, career fairs, trade shows, etc.

·         Proven track record in services sales, preferably staffing or recruiting services

·         Deep familiarity with the local, Greater Pittsburgh area – comfortable to drive to any location in the city or surrounding communities – north, south, east or west

·         Verifiable history of strong client relationships, repeat business over time examples of account growth with real results

·         Experience with account development strategies a plus

·         Experience with contact management databases such as ACT!, Goldmine or SalesForce.com
