Sales Executive

Analysts International Corporation a leader in the IT Services Industry is currently seeking a Sales Executive for the Chicagoland area.                                      

 

Position Summary:

 

Responsibilities include using proven sales and/or technical background to develop and grow his/her client base by selling services for strategic staffing, IT project based consulting and solutions.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

 Development of new and maintenance of client relationships in assigned areaDuties will include cold calling into new areas, strategy development, client relationship building and quality assuranceIndividuals will seek IT professional services sales (projects) and staffing opportunities by qualifying potential clients, conducting full life cycle sales activitiesEnsure client satisfaction and develop sales plans and forecasts to increase market  share and deliver planned services profitabilityFoster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clientsFoster and maintain relationships with consultantsMeet or exceed sales revenue targetsDevelop short and long-term sales plans that are consistent with corporate and district objectivesWrite and /or dive the process to deliver the proposals need to close businessMeet with client management on a frequent basis to discuss clients’ future directions and goalsUse a solution /strategic sales methodology or approachComprehend and leverage nationally supported solutions

 Other Duties and Responsibilities:

 Promotes and supports the Company in the community

Working Relationships and Scope:

 Reports directly to the Regional VPPartners with Service Delivery ExecutiveDaily contact with internal recruiters and administratorsDaily contact with client managers and client administratorsFrequent contact with onsite consultants

Performance Dimensions:

 Professional workplace appearance and conductReliability in reporting to work regularly and on time.Understands and adheres to Company policies and proceduresEffectiveness of communications and development of good working relationships with managers, co-workers, consultants and client mangers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 7+ years direct sales experienceProficient in consultative sales techniquesUnderstanding of the IT industryUnderstanding of the SDLC Prior staffing sales experienceAbility to create and sell solutionsSuccessful track recordExcellent prospecting and new account/new territory developmentFull life cycle sales knowledge and experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent influence and negotiation skillsOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsGood presentation delivery/public speaking skillsExcellent verbal communication skillsSelf motivated, goal oriented, competitiveExcellent aptitude and strong desire to learnAbility to work independently while contributing to the common goals of the companyA winning and positive attitudeGood leadership skills
