We are currently looking for a staff augmentation Sales Manager with significant experience recruiting and placing IT professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has been itching for the opportunity to drive the strategy and tactics of a professional sales organization. The successful candidate will be expected to create a comprehensive sales plan, hire and motivate an experienced sales team composed of the right mix of Sales Executives and Recruiters, work with management to set sales quotas, and then execute on the plan to meet your targets.
