The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales operations function, including systems, processes and procedures. This includes defining and overseeing improvements to sales processes, systems and procedures for the sales organization while collaborating with other internal departments and functional organizations; and assists senior sales management as required. Key Requirements:* Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales focused process and systems related role, preferably within the Information Technology sector * Must have strong leadership, planning, execution, presentation, communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) and multi-tasking skills * Must be proactive and entrepreneurial style and strong ability to work without direction with breakthrough thinking, influencing and execution capabilities, coupled with very strong systems and analytical skills * Bachelor's Degree in Finance or business related is strongly preferred * Must be flexible to travel 10% or less annuallyThere's never been a better time to join CA.
