Drives the analysis of measures in relation to progress against targets to assess needs for providing support and reinforcement. Supports and directs collaboration of business development processes with those managing the processes including respective lines of business and Global Vice President of Sales Operations and by providing the company-wide perspective for sales operations.Essential Job Functions Holds overall responsibility for the unifying pipeline processes and systems for industry verticals, lines of business and geographies. Impacts business strategy through creation, development and implementation of pipeline metrics for the corporation. Establishes global standards for client planning process and support. Works in conjunction with business development teams from all lines of business to ensure pursuit processes allow and support effective collaboration among and between appropriate parties and stakeholders. Directs sales operations including account planning, pipeline management, and productivity analysis in accordance with corporate policy and objectives; plans, directs, and controls activities to continually reflect customer trends, market fluctuations, and changes in business practices/technology. Provides advice and counsel on sales operations and maintains forecasts and forecast analytics. Directs the overall personnel activity of the unit which may include directors and senior technical personnel regarding staffing, retention, and compliance to EEO profile. Directs and ensures high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members. Directs, manages and oversees budget; ensures activities are appropriately funded, coordinated and managed according to the guidelines/constraints of resource allocations. Supports and tracks sales operations and related programs. Provides significant expertise and business acumen regarding sales planning, pipeline management, and productivity analysis. Provides thought leadership and capitalizes on cumulative industry, product, and company-specific experiences. Captures best practices and directs and facilitates the management and movement of information. Directs, establishes and leads the implementation of short- and long-term strategies to deliver sales related strategies and programs within reasonable schedules and budgets. Directs, establishes and communicates goals and objectives, defines methodologies, tasks, and activities, and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for personnel. Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams. Basic Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Master's degree in related field preferred Twenty or more years of marketing research experience Fifteen or more years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity included Experience working with concepts, practices, and procedures in areas of responsibility Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data Other Qualifications Strong communication skills needed to interface with high-level customer representatives Strong strategic management and planning skills Ability to publicly represent company with internal and external clients Ability to use own judgment and initiative in problem resolution Ability to understand and identify with client business and business conditions Ability to translate understanding of client business and needs into services which CSC can offer to improve client's business Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
