Sales - Telemarketing

Job Purpose:

Perform outbound telemarketing services on behalf of Sprint Nextel to new and existing customers.



Duties:

* Place 75 to 100 outbound phone calls per day to qualified prospects.

 

* Set appointments for outside account executives to visit business customers to provide pricing     comparisons.

 

*  Contact existing Sprint Nextel customers to make them aware of upgrade options.  Analyze their existing account and give strong improvement recommendations. 

 

*  Provide detailed product information and price quotes.


* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 

*  Training provided.
