Summary Responsible for establishing, maintaining and executing security policies and procedures, user access requests, and audits for hosted applications including clinical and ERP. Actively participate in the planning, design, implementation and support of user access security infrastructure. Working with the helpdesk, technical support and application support staff, you ensure and maintain the application security process. Setup and maintain user access classifications for related hosted applications. These classifications would be based on requirements dictated by the functionality of the application and the individual user's job responsibilities (represent a mesh between job function and user access permissions). This position will also interface with many other IT groups involved in server administration, networking, etc. This position reports to the CareTech Shared Services Director of Data Center Operations.

Primary Responsibilities Responsible for defining security frameworks for existing and newly hosted application systems using system access request (SAR) process Responsible for maintaining SAR Responsible for system security planning, developing, and implementing security policies across multiple platforms.  Ensures successful implementation and maintenance of the defined standards.  Ensures compliance of IT Security Policies.  Provides support in security management and security architect standards and documentations.  Provides technical support and consultation for enhancement of and change to hosted applications security configuration  Analyzes user access needs; add/change/delete user access to hosted applications based on classification and job function; develop access roles Provides helpdesk with supporting processes for user access requests and issues Provides technical support and consultation for enhancement and change to security configuration Maintains application security profile access to end users through application master-files Performs needed master-file maintenance reconfiguring set up, printer/output setup, and menu creation for user access  Implements user roles and security classes User-ID and password management  Manages user security classification for appropriate job function Provides fault resolution and escalation Maintains documentation Defines processes to manage hosted application security  Defines processes to manage the network security Manages auditing process of user access including audit trails, edit trails, and access log reports May conduct active penetration tests; discover vulnerabilities in information systems. Required ExperienceBS or BA in IS, or related business field, or equivalent work related experience Minimum three years experience in IT or related role Knowledge of information systems' security requirements desired Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers Working knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 server technologies Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies and user profiles Experience with Epic and Lawson user access/security a plus Experience with Epic Master-files a plus Experience with Citrix Password Manager a plus Job LocationTroy, MI, US.Position TypeFull-Time/Regular
