Security Architect/Project Manager

The primary responsibility is assisting the Corporate Data Security Group in providing expert technical architectural and project management support.
Position is responsible for assisting in the engineering and expansion of the enterprise security architecture, as well as educating staff on security-related controls and risks.  

Requires:

CISSP certification required.
Minimum of five to seven years of experience in Information Security field with a minimum of eight to ten years of experience in an IT environment.
BS degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience is required.
Experience with securing Z/OS, Windows and Unix operating systems. Must have proven ability to develop security policy, standards and procedures related to these environments.

Experience with most of the following Applications or Enterprise Security Components:

· Identity Management design and implementation; Provisioning; Single-Sign On

· Dual-factor authentication

· Network and application level security and encryption

· Security Event Management software

· Design, implementation and process automation

· Firewall architecture and design

· Web server security

· Web application security

· PKI functionality

· Intrusion Detection and Prevention systems for network and host systems

· Remote access security controls.

 

Working knowledge of IP protocols, Netbios, Database security, and scripting languages such as Visual Basic, Perl, XML, C++ and HTML
Strong project management skills
Excellent organization, communication, and analytic skills
Demonstrated knowledge of network monitoring techniques
The candidate should be a senior information security generalist who has a strong technical background
