The Central Region Team is currently looking for a Senior Analyst.

Individuals will be responsible for working with large commercial clients as a part of the AIS team working in the Houston area with limited travel outside of the Houston area.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will:Act as a workshop leader Experienced with presenting formally to products and services,marketing, skills training or as a meeting facilitator Ability to encourage different business unit participants to partake and interact Ability to define a requirements management plan for a client at the project level Advise clients on commercial Requirements Management tool selection and support configuration and setup of tool environment at the project level Perform a leadership role in practice - able to supervise more junior analysts on a single project Evaluate existing requirements materials for completeness, testability, and understandability Ability to analyze problems, capable of producing new ideas by exploring, looking for several correct answers rather than just one Recommend options to the team and be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the option Must be able to accept change, have a flexible outlook and always look for ways to improve as well as play with ideas and possibilities

Required Skills:7 years overall experience. 4 years Analyst experience. In-depth knowledge of at least one commercial requirements management tool. Working knowledge/familiarity with more than one tool. Knowledge of IBM Rational Unified Process Knowledge of MSF Agile Process for Software Development Knowledge of MSF for CMMI Process Improvement Ability to mock up UI designs in either Visio, VS.NET, MS-Excel, or other UI prototyping tool Ability to mock up report designs using SQL Server Reporting services, or MS Access, or other commercial reporting tool. Ability to design databases in MS-Access, or SQL Server Enterprise Manager to support UI and/or report mockups

Desired Skills: Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline desired. IIBA Certified Requirements Analyst (When available) or IBM Certified Specialist for RMUC OMG Certified UML Professional (OCUP) Fundamental level.
