Explore the opportunity of world-changing work available to you below.The Senior Business Analyst provides key support for management consulting or systems development assignments under the general direction and limited supervision of more senior consulting staff. He/she uses broad knowledge of management and/or information systems development principles, practices, and approaches to address multiple tasks in complex projects. The Senior Business Analyst may undertake specific independent assignments within his/her own specialty.Key Duties: Research, collection, collation, and analysis of business information and information systems requirements Design and application of methods, tools, and models in support of management or systems analysis Understanding of client needs and how a given project relates to the client organization Contribute to client relationships and business development including participation in interviews and presentations for management consulting and systems development projects Lead small projects in their entirety and lead tasks within complex projects May serve as the Client Service Manager for one or more clients Assist in facilitating in-house and client workshops and meetings Assist in preparing proposals and other business development and client relationship support Application of creative skills such as writing, visualizing, and process mapping Support more senior staff in the development and execution of project work.
