Responsibilities:As a Business Process Modeler, the candidate will be required to:
- Conduct interviews and facilitate meetings with business owners to derive and validate business processes models
- Prepare current and future state business models and perform gap analysis
- Generate business process descriptions that document business needs, business rules, high level requirements, business process details, etc.
Qualifications:
At least 11 years of experience in information technology (IT) engagements and consulting on enterprise architecture, metadata management, web services, business process transformation, enterprise application integration (EAI), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and/or systems modernization projects preferably with the Federal Government. Candidate must have:
-At least 5 years of business process modeling preferably with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
-Proficient using EA modeling and repository tools such as Troux Metis, System Architect, and/or Erwin BPWIN
-Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
-Proven track record of meeting project deadlines, delivering high- quality consulting services, and building client relationships.
Education:
Masters degree with 8 years of relevant relevant IT experience OR
Bachelor Degree with 11 years of relevant IT experience OR
No degree with 16 years of relevant IT experience
Clearance/Citizenship Requirements:
-Candidate must meet security clearance requirements for Federal customer.
-U.S. Citizenship is required.
