Senior Dynamics CRM Application Consultant

Responsibilities:
Plan and lead small-to-large Microsoft CRM implementations, customizations, and upgrades. Draft project documents, project plan, schedule, task lists, and document special workflow procedures and business processes. Manage project through all phases of project phases (diagnostic, define, develop, test and deploy). Provide status reports on work assignments and alert clients and Vitale Management of deviations from project plan. Assist Business Development and Sales teams with suitable solution options for client’s needs and draft estimate and statement of work for consulting services engagement. Partner with clients and Vitale Management to identify project issues and risks that may affect the project quality or delivery. Facilitate requirement sessions with clients, design system architecture, and implement CRM system and interrelated technologies. Configure and customize CRM system, workflow, and reports. Train client in the use of purchased software and provide direction to other team members with project tasks if necessary. Drive best practices and policies and identify opportunities to help grow the firm’s CRM/ERP offering. Engage Vitale Infrastructure team, when applicable, to configure the customer's network. Train co-workers on software, support, and methodology. Actively participate in internal team meetings. Optionally participate in User’s Group meetings and in-house demonstrations of modules. Write and update documentation for department-wide knowledgebase. Maintain a working knowledge of all services provided by the firm and recognize a client’s need for additional firm services.
Requirements:
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage a complex workload, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, perform under pressure and use good judgment in providing services based on service level agreements and goals. Must work closely with the ERP/CRM team, other technical consulting team members, and clients. Interface with all levels of Management and staff of our clients’ user community. The candidate should recommend ways to improve and streamline technology use. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the desire and willingness to learn new product and service offerings. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience supporting and implementing Dynamics CRM systems, with a strong understanding of the sales process. Strong familiarity with Microsoft CRM application structure. Foundation in relational database concepts and SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, .Net (VB, C#, ASP and Windows Forms), SharePoint, and/or BizTalk. This position is required to carry a mobile phone, maintain high speed internet access from a primary residence. Nights, weekends & regional travel may be required. Bachelors Degree in Business Systems or related field (MBA a plus). Microsoft CRM certifications preferred.
