Drive data analysis process and help solve complex business process issues. Develops and maintains systems and programs. This includes system and program design; program coding; test plan design and implementation to verify accuracy of programs and the interdependent relationship of programs and systems.Facilitates requirement gathering and data streams required for building business models, and for model analysis, Help create, manage and deploy various business models in an enterprise computing environment. Leads Implementation and deployment of the models in Production environment, Helps validate business logic and Model performance and develops comparison reports; Does overall lifecycle management of business models; Leads walkthroughs and post implementation reviews.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field required with 4 or more years of IT experience. You must have strong ETL and model development background and statistical / analytical model design experience. At least 3 to 4 years of experience with analytical tools is required. Strong experience in analytical tools such as SAS, Teradata Warehouse Miner, SQL, and ETL tools such as DataStage and Ab-Initio, reporting tools such as Business Objects and Cognos, and other programming languages and able to optimize and tune complex queries. Oracle 9i/10g and Teradata design, data model maintenance and data-loading experience is required. Experience with Rules-based engines like FairIsaac is a plus. Knowledge of AS400, Project Management is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) are required..
