Candidate must have a strong project management background in enterprise architecture related projects, communications, and management/business consulting skills. Candidate will help build architecture strategies for delivering improved business performance and cost savings. This is a hands-on, delivery-type position requiring not only thought leadership, but the ability to orchestrate and drive consensus across a divided organization and produce products quickly.Skills Required:  Candidate is a seasoned business / IT consultant, with 15+ years experience with complex enterprise architecture, business process reengineering, performance management, capital planning, program management and technology projects with challenging organizations.  Must have demonstrated experience with development of enterprise architecture deliverables, business process reengineering analysis, architectural transition plans, business case analysis, business, data, application and technology architecture, performance management plans and the ability to facilitate and drive consensus at the senior management and executive level. Candidate combines thought leadership with ability to deliver tangible products and has excellent writing and presentation skills. Must have proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively with diverse customers at an executive level and have experience succeeding in a Federal organization with considerable political sensitivity. All candidates must meet eligibility requirements to obtain required clearance(s).Years Experience: 15+ years related experience

Education: Bachelor of Science – minimum; Masters Degree in Business or Technology Area preferred.

Other: Enterprise architecture (EA), Federal Enteprise Architecture (FEA), EA tool certification a plus. FDA experience or technology experience in the healthcare arena a plus.
