Job Description

Track™ Software is the leading contractor management software solution in the global refining and chemicals industries.  The ideal candidate will join our solution delivery team to lead implementations of Track™ Software at customer sites.  You will represent Management Controls, Inc. and must exhibit expertise in the use and configuration of the products we sell and support.  Learn more at www.tracksoftware.com.  Implementation Consultants are responsible for the management and delivery of all implementation activities at work locations around the world.  This includes integration design, project planning and scheduling, work process redesign, change management, configuration, report design, issue resolution, conversion planning, documentation and startup support.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: IT consulting and system integration design (SAP, Maximo, Primavera, access control, other); Development of implementation task plans, execution schedules and resources; Management of site logistics to ensure a productive environment for the implementation team; Effective communications with all stakeholders, including C-level individuals; Direct the system integration and development efforts both internally and with clients; Work collaboratively with client business departments to optimize contractor work processes; Consult with client IT personnel regarding infrastructure requirements; Coordinate development activities with Management Controls, Inc. technical resources; Lead the configuration of Track™ Software to meet client requirements; Execute and manage the implementation task plan; Provide system support and problem resolution during GO-LIVE startup.  Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field; 5+ years of IT consulting or experience supporting business applications; Ability to develop detailed work plans and work independently; Ability to motivate, educate and lead others; Highly organized and detailed oriented; PMI PMP certification a plus; Familiarity with Microsoft SQL-Server, .NET Framework, SAP and Crystal Reports a plus; Able to travel up to 60%
