Job Title: Sr.  J2EE Developer

 

Summary of Position:

 NetEffects is seeking a multi-faceted J2EE developer with extensive experience for one of our highly regarded fortune 500 clients.

 

Required Skills:Three (3) to Five (5) years of application development experience with J2EE technologies. Strong experience with Hibernate, Spring, and Struts. Experience analyzing requirements, designing, implementing and problem solving within distributed/multi-tiered applications. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Experience with Java, JSP, Servlet, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, EJB, XML, JNDI, JDBC, SQL, and JMS. Experience developing distributed applications using Web Services and/or EJB Experience developing with J2EE application servers, such as Web Sphere 6.x. Experience developing with relational databases, such as Oracle 9.x. Experience packaging and deploying J2EE applications. Experience using and producing design documentation and UML deliverables. Solid understanding of HTTP and web-based authentication and authorization concepts Strong knowledge of OO concepts and commonly used Design patterns

Preferred Skills:Work experience related to financial industry.
