Job description: Work experience in programming for medium to large scale projects. Very good communication skills (written and oral). Onsite & Offshore expereince Familiarity with financial services practices and terminology. Knowledge or experience with ALS is desired but not mandatory Knowledge of general IT mainframe practices and standards. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills Experience with programmer development tools (i.e., TSO)Desired IT Skills: Should be fully competent in mainframe technology, with 5-7 yrs experience Nice to have experience managing an offshore team Languages :Cobol, SQL, MVS and JCL.
