Must be able to work well with others and lead teams. Must be able to handle ambiguity. Work with existing clients to explore account expansion opportunities, develop the business and technical solution in conjunction with the account team, and oversee the implementation of the solution. For new business, lead the architecture solution team to ensure the creation of a winning solution and competitive bid that meets the client's business objectives. Merge the Integration solution with the overall bid model to ensure seamless integration within the entire solution. Work with the bid team to develop and sell key messages in support of our overall proposal. Work with the client team after contract to ensure that the implementation meets stated objectives. Act as a trusted advisor to the client in connection with the business solution. Work with the System Architecture Competency Group to develop new solutions that can be taken to market either through existing accounts or new business. Coordinate activities across North America and organizationally to maintain a global view of the SA competency. Technical architect background preferred. Experience integrating multiple platforms preferred (e.g., Mainframe, UNIX, Wintel) Experience with multiple Middleware solutions preferred (e.g., IBM Websphere, Oracle Fusion, SAP XI, SeeBeyond, Tibco, Vitria) Business Process Management experience is a plus. Position requires travel - will consider candidates located in any city with an airport hub.
