Senior Network Engineer (Cisco Routers / Cisco Switches)

The Senior Network Engineer (Cisco Routers / Cisco Switches) is responsible for engineering, implementing, and supporting the production network infrastructure for Match.com. This position is often a project manager for both large and small projects. Responsibilities: Architect and maintain a network infrastructure capable of supporting a high traffic website Network Design Device Implementation and administration Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting Multiple Device administration Cisco Devices — Router, Switch, Firewalls, and IDS Citrix NetScaler and F5 Big IP Load Balancers Adonis DNS / BIND Linux and Windows OS administration BS or BA degree or equivalent experience 5+ years technical business experience 5+ years process development, support and implementation of systems architecture CCIE or CCNP is a plus Experience in an E-Commerce environment plus. Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Must be a self-starter and able to work in a team environment Experience managing large and small projects with tight timelines. Extensive experience with Cisco routers (7206vxr) and switches (6500s, 4000s, 2980s, 3560s) Extensive experience with Cisco Catalyst and IOS. Experience with BlueCat Adonis DNS Appliances Experience with Cisco PIX firewalls (preferably Cisco firewall services module) Experience deploying and administering NetScaler and F5 BigIP load balancers.  This includes supporting Web, SQL and Email servers in a load balanced environment.
