Summary of Position:

 NetEffects is seeking a Senior Network and Operating Systems Support Administrator with extensive experience for one of America’s leading Biochemical Companies in the Midwest. 

 

Required Skills:At least six (6) years experience with Tier 2 infrastructure services support, Windows Server 2003 exposure, Active Directory, DNS, and Core Infrastructure Services knowledge.Experience in project management, infrastructure support, developing documentation, and end-user support.Excellent communications and troubleshooting skills are required. Excellent customer service skillsAbility to create support documentationAbility to manage issue resolution



Preferred Skills:Instant Messaging service administration.Audio / Web Conferencing service administration.Telephony exposure including VoIP, SIP, simultaneous ring, softphone administration.

 

Responsibilities:The candidate will assist with the development, deployment, and support of Microsoft Office Communications Server, Cisco Meeting Place, Cisco Unity Unified Messaging, and other advanced technologies.
