Senior Outside Sales Representative

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



Goals and compensation will be directly tied to the following:

 

Service/Labor revenue

Hardware revenue

New customer development and revenue

Expansion of existing customer revenue

 

Forty percent travel will be required to conduct face to face meetings with existing customers and prospective customers.

The remainder of the time, this person will be managing existing accounts and cultivating new accounts via the telephone along with working with company president on unified marketing and sales initiatives.

 

All contacts to be tracked and managed through company CRM system.


Minimum Job Requirements Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 2 years of related industry experience or 5 years of related experience. Demonstrates business communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. Ability to multi-task and/or work on multiple calls concurrently. Ability to work and grow in a dynamic work environment. Demonstrates quality work that maintains a high degree of ethics and integrity. Prior experience in the computer services industry is desired but not required.


Core Competencies Proven track record in opening up new accounts, growing existing business and in general be a hunter. Dynamic in nature and very well spoken. Excellent communication skills written and verbal. These core competencies should be elicited during the interview process as well as through references.


Principal Challenges and Accountabilities Will be primarily responsible for growing the business by closing new business within new and existing accounts. Will be an ambassador for ANCGroup to new and existing customers.


Decisions and Judgment Will have the ability to pick and choose the customers to be more aggressive with on pricing based on the long term profitability of the customer and/or opportunity. Will work with president to determine target market verticals.

Internal/External Interfaces This position will require at least 40% travel while the rest of the time will be on the phone developing accounts and supporting existing accounts.
