Qualified candidates should have experience in installation and configuration and support for the Spectrum application. Position Overview: * Administration of the ASP Services Platform * Mentoring junior level team members * Performing server system installations, upgrades, and configurations * Planning, performing, directing, and documenting more advanced server configurations as required * Providing detailed, concise, and timely follow up communication to customers * Actively escalating issues to senior management to ensure timely resolution and notification Key Requirements: * 3+ years in a system administration position * Advance knowledge of designing, deploying, administering, and troubleshooting core services such as FTP, DNS, DHCP, and other key 3rd party products with advanced proficiency for all eHealth installations, upgrades, and configurations * In depth Administrative-Level understanding of Systems OS (UNIX/Solaris/Linux/Windows), Network Configuration and Administration, Platform and Network Security Management * Experience with Oracle Administration, CA eHealth Operations and Administration * Leadership qualities in a senior position with the understanding on how to contribute to the organization's success, as well as professionalism and maturity in work ethic and performance * Ability to teach and mentor others in the maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting of systems * Ability to balance priorities to accomplish critical goals with the ability to create quality complex project plans to deliver projects on time * Maintain current industry certifications relevant to specific job function * Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field It's an exciting time at CA.
