Senior Product Trainer, Product Development

Responsibilities:

The primary function, or mission, of your role is to “Prepare Perimeter for Market”, ensuring all employees are delivering a unified message to customers and the marketplace.  Specific responsibilities include:

 

· Key requirement is the ability to receive only basic functionality training on a given product, and turn that basic knowledge into valid, complete, and effective sales training initiatives

· Understand and establish new sales tactics, train on typical pitfalls and how to get out of them, understand and train on Perimeter product value propositions 

· Research, understand, and train on Perimeter products and how they adhere to relevant regulatory bodies and other compliance oriented topics

· Creation and ongoing organization and maintenance of appropriate training materials and presentations

· Ongoing sales training on new, existing, or updated products, and industry / vertical / competitor training

· General product and industry / vertical / competitor training for new hires

· Create, manage, and execute new acquisition employee immersion programs

· Facilitate ongoing customer feedback / interaction, and create appropriate internal feedback loops

· Key involvement with upcoming Customer Advisory Panel

· Key information contributor to technical writers for establishment of online product training courses

· At times, as needed, assist with industry webinars and other PR functions

· Strategic estimation and planning for mid to long term growth needs within this organizational area

Qualifications:2+ years experience in Sales2+ years experience in Training
