The result is consistent, measurable performance and exceptional service as we strive to create a better future for our associates and our fellow citizens.Responsibilities:Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing technical support in the areas of ongoing ELC process development, implementation and maintenance. This person also will need to institutionalize a coherent and consistent approach to business systems acquisition and provide technical support requiring expertise and experience in several disciplines of Information Technology (IT) development and management. The candidate also needs to demonstrate the application of program management and life cycle methodologies for major IT initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for reviewing new and revised ELC documentation to ensure maintenance, consistency, completeness, and compliance with IRS requirements. The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships including being the point of contact for government representatives and supporting government briefings and fostering collaboration and information sharing across clients.Qualifications:Qualified candidate will have at least 10-15 years of experience and at least four (4) years specialized project experience or formal training. The qualified candidate should have experience in the following areas:

• Performing systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, programming, program design, and documentation preparation.
• Applying an enterprise-wide set of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design and construction of information systems on an enterprise-wide basis or across a major sector of the enterprise.
• Developing analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutions. Experience performing enterprise-wide strategic systems planning, business information planning, business, and analysis.
• Good time management and organizational skills to be able to effectively manage multiple projects and be responsive to project personnel, Federal clients and Cairo executive management.
• Excellent oral communications and written skills, including giving formal presentations to different audiences.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or the qualifications and drive to obtain PMP certification.
• Great team player and leader that desires to contribute to the client’s success and company’s growth.
